I was kicked out of a car meet and threatened with trespassing (sheriffs were called) at a California brewery parking lot for flying an American flag and a Trump “I Will Never Surrender” flag on my classic car — because it was “political.” This is California. TDS is real. For context, this is located at M Special Brewing Company in Goleta. Their Santa Barbara location has a trans flag hanging on their front door. Politics is fine… as long as they’re the right kind that they agree on. This is how they treat U.S. military veterans who support the country and the @POTUS @realDonaldTrump R&R Motorworks ran the event. Their employee and coordinator asked me to take the flag down, and then asked the brewery manager to force me to remove it or leave. Sheriffs arrived, were professional and polite, and correctly noted it was private property, so they couldn’t intervene. I left to avoid a trespassing citation.

BREAKING: A man was asked to remove his American flag and Trump flag from his car at M Special Brewing Company in California because it’s “political.” They even called the sheriff who threatened to cite him How is the American flag political?!
