Sharing my own experience in case it helps anyone evaluating (HORRIBLE)@Wix for a business site: I lost access to my account because the 2FA was tied to an old phone number, and in my view the recovery process was not built for this very common scenario. The result, for me, was days of downtime and frustration over something every other vendor handles well. My personal takeaway is that platforms like Wix feel better suited to hobby projects than to operating businesses. When you actually need support, in my opinion, it wasn't there AT ALL, and it's flat out horrendous.

@WixHelp I closed my account with Wix weeks ago, but you keep charging my credit card for the amounts of E42,53 and today also for E208,32. Presumably for an old domain I never used. Anyway, I closed it weeks ago.

@WixHelp I truly wish someone would respond back to me for assistance with my account. After several emails I’m still having a serious issue. I’ve already Cc’d Mr. Abrahami in my last email. To not be able to speak to someone and resolve my issue is quite appalling.

@WixHelp I have tried that already and they keep passing me on to the next department and aren’t helping me get my refund. This is already week 2 and I still haven’t gotten help from anyone to get my refund. It’s almost $500 that came out of my account. That’s not small change!!

@wix You have taken $468.00 out of my business account and I need my refund. Apparently I paid for a premium that I never authorized or use and I have tried to get in contact with you to get my money back as soon as possible please.

@WixHelp Hello Wix Support, Wix iOS app has been pushing notifications since 6 days ago. I talked to Wix human support but they didn’t give me any resolutions. I’m pretty sure that I didn’t change any settings in my website or iOS app. Can you stopped doing this? It’s SPAM!
