It’s hard to believe it’s already been 100 days since I received my Neuralink N1 implant. Looking back, the whole journey feels like science fiction that somehow became my everyday reality. The surgery on Day 0 was surprisingly easy. A quick general anaesthetic, a small incision, and the robotic system did the rest — precisely placing the 1,024 ultra-thin threads into my motor cortex. I woke up alert and in good spirits and went home the next afternoon. By Day 3 I was feeling a lot better, and by Day 7 the little scar was already starting to fade. Recovery was genuinely minimal; I felt sharper and more positive than I had been in years after the BCI was turned on. The real fun started in Week 2 when we paired the implant with my brand-new Apple MacBook (my very first Mac). The @neuralink engineers walked me through calibration sessions, and within a couple of minutes I was moving the cursor just by thinking. At first it felt like trying to remember a dream, but by Week 3 it was second nature. Scrolling, clicking, typing — all mind-controlled. The Mac integration was buttery smooth; I went from total Mac newbie to power-user faster than I ever expected. By Day 80 I was ready for the big leagues. That’s when I fired up @Warcraft of Warcraft for the first time with pure thought control. The first raid felt clunky, but once my brain and the BCI synced, it was pure magic. I’m now raiding, and exploring Azeroth hands-free at full speed — no mouse, no keyboard, just intention. It’s honestly brilliant. The freedom is addictive. The social-media side has been just as surprising. Every update I’ve shared has been met with genuine excitement rather than scepticism. Thousands of messages from people with disabilities, gamers, students, and scientists — all asking real questions about the tech and what it could mean for the future. The positivity has been overwhelming and incredibly motivating. 100 days in and I already can’t imagine life without it. The N1 didn’t just give me a new way to use a computer — it gave me a new way to live. Can’t wait to see what the next 100 days bring. So proud of the team at @BULKHEAD. We survived the last 3 years making this. Making a tactical shooter is hard because corporate publishers and spreadsheet brains still do not get it. Gunplay & ballistics at the foundation of the game matters. Vehicles should be built realistic first, then tuned back later. Publishers still have not understood why Tarkov is fun. Different publishers have burned billions $$$ trying to make an easier version and missed the point completely. Depth is the driver. Persistence is the reason to come back. Wardogs has both. Depth in the moment to moment, persistence in the cash you earn 🔥

Here goes, does anyone know anyone at @YouTubeCreators? A certain induvial is filing false copyright claims against my videos, thus striking my channel claiming the content is theirs when I recorded, edited and own every single frame in the video. This is abuse and harassment.

Alright here goes. For anyone that knows me, knows the special relationship I have with my Dad. He’s my role model, squad mate and best friend. Last month he was in a very serious car crash, arrived at hospital with an obscene injury list and has been fighting for his life in Intensive Care for nearly 5 weeks or so over Christmas and into the New Year. Today is a huge day as he makes the move OUT of intensive care and into a normal ward.  I wanted to post this just to make anyone aware that has followed my Dad / had a relationship with him, give him the public congratulations he deserves for being an incredible human and let anyone know why I dropped off the face of the earth from mid December. He has done so unbelievably well, under such horrible circumstances and I am so proud of his mental fortitude, continued kind spirit despite his own condition and finally just that classic Greg Bateman never say die attitude. I am so proud to be his son.  I also just wanted to say a huge thank you to family, friends and colleagues who have reached out, checked on him, offered support - it means the world. Long road ahead, but we’ll do it together 💪🏼❤️

I don’t tend to share too much of my personal life but I’ve been going through the most traumatic 4 months and I’m struggling. I lost my Aunt to Liver Cancer in July, shortly after my Mum was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer and whilst dealing with that I lost my Nan to Parkinson’s/Dementia in September. Despite my Mum having surgery in August to remove the tumor, it has spread and last week I was told my Mum only has months left to live. Since her surgery I’ve become her carer; visiting her daily, buying and prepping food, washing and cleaning etc. In mid-October she went back into hospital where she has spent the last 6 weeks. She was FINALLY discharged at the weekend & has carers coming multiple times a day to ensure she is ok before what comes next... Before all this she was the most healthy & independent person I know, capable of anything and everything. I’ve been dealing with this all quietly throughout the last few months and I wouldn’t wish this heartache on anyone. Life just doesn’t feel real at the moment. I was in LA for the BO7 Pre-Reveal when my Mum was in for her initial surgery. I had to put on a happy face & “suit up” for the BO7 Zombies Reveal Reaction when merely hours earlier I was with my Nan when she passed away. I was being meme’d across the internet in October from COD NEXT whilst I was a worried wreck not knowing if my Mum was ok back at home. I’ve had to juggle hospital visits whilst covering the BO7 Zombies launch which hasn’t been easy. It’s been so hard to keep acting like everything’s fine when truth be told it’s been SO far from it. But the overwhelming support & energy on my content has kept me going and it means the world to see it. It’s genuinely kept my mind stable and busy in a period of time where I really need that. But I’ve also tried to not be too hard on myself at the same time. I have a very small family, and my Nan was the beating heart of it. Going through the loss of her is difficult enough, but I never imagined I would be losing my Mum so soon too. She is my world. I have no siblings and my Mum raised me as a single parent. I still can’t comprehend any of this is happening but I felt like I had to get this out there because I’ve been dealing with so much and I don’t know what the next couple of months are going to look like both personally and content wise. Thank you all again for your love and support over the last couple of months 💙

Storytime This one sounds like a bad movie script I went on a 4 week holiday recently and I had someone look after my house and 2 dogs. This dog-sitter had already stayed in our place for about 5 times before. So me and my girlfriend were in Spain, enjoying our night out when we got called by some friends who would also ‘like to join our party’ Turns out, the dog-sitter had invited 23 friends and threw a massive party. — He called it a dinner. — Which surrounding neighbors could see from hundreds of meters away. (I live in a penthouse and it’s pretty obvious when there is a party) So I FaceTimed the dog sitter and people were in the pool, inside the sauna and music was blasting. All while my 2 small dogs were also in the house. FYI, this is a grown up who we helped out because he was being bullied by his roommates. This is what he told us. So in absolute good faith we did this. I asked him if he’d pay for the energy bill (it was about $100 for 1 day, which is just insane. Also the pool and the carpets had just been cleaned, which he obviously also didn’t wanna pay for. Thankfully nothing was damaged and the dogs are super healthy too. But oh my, i thought these kind of things only happen in the movies. (Some house reference photos for anyone curious)
