I'm admitting that after 6 months of highly successful onchain trading using a combination of SMW alerts, whale wallet tracking, and my own judgment, I no longer have edge. Here's my perspective on the state of onchain trading:
ETH - Dead
◦ Snipers vs Devs.
◦ 90% of non-rugs die before 1mil mc with snipers pvping one another after sharing the supply.
◦ Onchain SMW trackers are exit liquidity.
◦ Onchain traders are savvy to all fake AI utility memes that typically die after certain MC targets (1-10ML).
◦ Occasional memes pump at unexpected times, but overall the meme market is saturated and snipers kill many memes with viral potential.
Sol - Active and Highly Efficient
◦ People underestimate how efficient SOL has become as a meme casino.
◦ Insider knowledge or top sniping tools to monitor sniper actions rule.
◦ Ultimately spam snipers rule the chain.
◦ First 1-5% are the only winners, everyone front runs PA.
◦ Small majority of memes excel past 1ml, successful memes top at 10-50ml.
◦ There are no more WIFs or Boden's. Those occurred before SOL became highly efficient.
◦ 99% of traders will rather rotate than pump bags at higher MC, only whales looking to swing trade, or scalpers catching range lows enter.
◦ Dumb money are those with relative MC objectives in mind who don't exit after 2-3x.

I'll add that generally liquidity seems low. Many can agree that BTC inflows don't result in increased alt-coin liquidity. The only flashes of PVE, in my opinion, were from October to December from AI mania and BTC DeFi Chinese money.
Ultimately, I believe that current onchain traders are more data-informed than ever. Therefore, onchain alerts are diluted and as CT were exit liquidity 3 months ago, those tracking high PNL wallets and insider actions are now exit liquidity to snipers and only the first 3% of traders to enter a new launch. Moreover, due to saturation, High FDV, and slow rugs, belief in protocols is at an ATL (memes ATH) and sentiment is focused on rotation more then ever - a more efficient onchain market.
Please leave feedback, as I'm relatively new to onchain trading, and perhaps I'm missing something.

Seeing the market topped out when it was top #50 last time, let’s see how we do now.
Previous cycles used to be near a top when Coinbase made it all the way to place 1-3 if I remember correctly. Peak retail/euphoria.

The Coinbase App Store Rank is heading down again. It peaked at #49 on the 5th of March this year. Since then it has slowly been moving down. Seems like with the meme stock/coins running it's starting to move back up on the list. Generally a good indication of retail interest.

Three insights come to mind when people ask me about TON:
1/ US-based VC funds (or general Crypto VCs) have not invested in @ton_blockchain, not at all.
2/ People in Asia are fully experienced in understanding how a "Super-App" can be built.
This is true regardless of their experience with @WeChatApp, @GrabID, or @foodpandaPH, especially in the SEA area.
3/ The DApp has its limitations, no matter how many years pass; we still use @Uniswap, @aave, and @compoundfinance.
However, @tappscenter is not limited; it is boundaryless.

Retail is about to come to @ton_blockchain and in a big way. Retail is about to come to $TON and in a big way. With the runaway success of Notcoin, that has had everyone tap tap tapping away, and with its impeding launch, we're starting to see some real growth in the TON ecosystem. And as retail like to do, some of this interest is flowing into meme coins. Although its not an ideal comparison, there is currently more volume on meme coins on TON then there is on Starknet, this may seem innocuous at first, but considering the fact that Starknet already did their airdrop and gave out value to their users, of which would usually be invested directly back into the ecosystem, meme coins included, and TON has not yet done their "airdrop", in this case Notcoin, this is great leading indicator of whats to come. Keep in mind, Telegram has around 800m users, and now each user has an integrated wallet in their messaging client. The potential here is huge, and the funnel for users to be converted to crypto users on Telegram is the best and most friction free funnel in all of crypto. Now this is the alpha. If you look at most meme coin charts, there is usually a 3 month + lead time into the "overnight" success you see people on CT posting about, the 9 SOL buy into $1m+. This is where the real money is made, people didn't get rich on $SHIB, $PEPE, $WIF etc overnight, they bought early, they bought cheap, were patient and waited. What I am telling you is that now is the time to be making some of these plays on TON. Allocate a few K of capital and buy up some of the prospective meme coins on TON. Spread your bets, look to the best communities, or best derivative memes with the most compelling stories and WAIT.
