7/ Part of the issue here is that regulators have been focused onshore in each of their respective markets, while customers have moved offshore to companies with more opaque and risky business practices.

1/ First off, I have a lot of sympathy for everyone involved in the current situation with FTX - it's stressful any time there is potential for customer loss.

@Billtriesagain There is another option. Focus on standard and stop trying to micro manage the other formats. Flow of cards should be release of standard sets, and let cards flow back to other formats. Now standard sucks and everyone was forced back into older formats but can’t afford the cards.

And there it is: dark blue (70% below ATH)! Most indicators (S2F, RSI,200WMA, Realized etc) are at extreme levels. Does that mean that all indicators are "invalidated" "debunked"? No. Investing is a game of probabilities and indicators give situational awareness: BTC is oversold.

By “free speech”, I simply mean that which matches the law. I am against censorship that goes far beyond the law. If people want less free speech, they will ask government to pass laws to that effect. Therefore, going beyond the law is contrary to the will of the people.

Open letter to @netflix how stupid do you have to be to have 100mil paying accounts and want to mess with that. Simple solution… Grandfather those account in and implement the new rule to new accounts. How many will stay when they know if they leave the rule ends? Don’t be dumb.

@PayneResidence @willywoo How exactly do you expect those resistance levels to get broken if you always think they will fail. It’s very likely we cut through the 100DMA like butter, maybe it fails maybe it doesn’t, but history actually tells us that prices gravitate towards the DMA, and break it a lot.
