The passing of Referendum 1721 will enable the RFC103 runtime, which will be enacted on Monday September 8th. Once enacted, the Relay Chain Elastic Scaling feature is complete! Ref 1721 is currently passing with 100% AYE vote.

My @Polkadot JAM node client implementation, FastRoll, started producing blocks on a "tiny" localnet with 6 validator nodes, with 1-sec timeslots for demonstration. It conforms to Graypaper v0.6.5, including PVM interpreter and JAMNP-S networking protocol. Now trying to approach 100% test coverage and align with Graypaper v0.6.6!
