@woltapp Warto czasami złamać trochę linię bo mamy sytuację że 3 bloki na osiedlu są obsługiwane, a 5 nie tylko dlatego że ktoś tak narysował linię. Za to cała miejscowość obok jest obsługiwana.

@woltapp Quality customer support…The agent admits that the food took 35mins to arrive after leaving the restaurant (which is 5mins away) while saying that as long as it arrived within the estimated time there is no compensation for being cold.

Looking for the worst customer support in Greece? Look no further than @woltapp - after the delivery driver was inexplicably 47 minutes late and the restaurant made a new order for us, Wolt would not deliver it as the original inedible food was marked as delivered! Terrible…

@WoltApp ordered from KFC Gamrekeli on Jan 1, waited 2h20m, courier came & left, app showed conflicting status, then the order was cancelled with no food delivered. Got a refund + only 5 GEL credit. For a delay this long ending in cancellation, compensation should be equal
