The movement is treating “ability to deliver votes” as a necessary or sufficient condition for admission. It could turn out to be false if: 🎯 the movement alienates its core supporters 🎯 loses its reformist identity, or 🎯 gains fewer votes than it loses through damaged credibility. Legally,they are exempted. The law was already passed in 2025. To give parents of children living with disability tax exemptions. More than a year later, the National Treasury and CS Mbadi and NCPWD have refused to put in place the regulations needed for them to access the exemption. I find that extremely unfair to families who are already carrying such a heavy burden.
