@EldraEcho You could use a free program like Gimp or whatevs while you adjust to the tablet and wait for a sale.
Or just try the subscription version of Clip Studio for a bit if you don't wanna spend $60 bucks on an art program you're not sure you like.

It goes on sale often though.
You can get a subscription for upgrades but you can also just pay the $60 one time fee.
Clip studio has cool features like pose-able 3d Models, easily downloading patterns/brushes/etc.
