Big Dog Ranch Rescue and the Center for a Humane Economy reached a deal to purchase 1,500 beagles for an undisclosed price from Ridglan Farms in Blue Mound, Wisconsin. However, there are still 500 beagles who remain at the facility that came under scrutiny after 1,000 activists stormed the facility and required tear gas and rubber bullets to stop them. Twewty-nine people were arrested including 5 who face felony burglary charges. The beagles are used for animal testing due to their small size and gentlemen temperament.
Sad to say but they are targeted because they are nice and sweet.😡

I have a soft spot for Beagles. Grew up with them. They are gentle souls who can’t speak for themselves, so we must. The cruelty alleged at Ridgland Farms is unacceptable. We have better, humane science. I’m fighting to end animal testing and defund abuse of Dogs and Cats. Save these dogs NOW.
