@virginmedia 30 days notice. But should have been disconnected 19th June and it’s now not working. Extremely unhappy that I am paying for 30 days notice yet it’s already not working and not disconnected at agreed date

@virginmedia 2 hour waiting on live chat to cancel my broadband and then being sold to 4 times whilst trying to cancel And still being charged £66 even though disconnection can be done tomorrow I have paid £70 a month for this service when others get it for so much less

@virginmedia I was online for 1 hour & 40 mins. 60 mins just holding the rest of the time with your assistant repeatedly trying to sell me broadband for my new house despite me telling him 3 times I wasn’t interested. I now have to pay £70 to cancel no compensation for my time

@SportsDirectUK went in store 4 trainers my size not available YOUR store ass suggested ordering online. None fit so I took them 2 store for refund. No refunds in storeRidiculous I had to pay £5 postage get them delivered now have to pay to return them! Shocking #CustomerService
