@RoyalMail, it's been more than 30 days since submitting a claim. No update. Tried to call - waiting time over 60 minutes!!! Any other way to contact for an update?
@Hertz Why did you credit the disputed amount back to my account only to hand it over to a debt collector as an outstanding charge? I don’t understand.
Why does it take the whole hour for @vueling to start serving drinks? It's just a 2-hour flight, and by the time they reached the last row, we were preparing for landing. Clearly, the lost revenue and unhappy customers.
@RevolutApp are you guys experiencing some technical issues? My transfer got stuck at the 'leaving your account' stage and getting someone to chat is almost impossible.

@HMRCcustomers it's impossible to get through on the phone! 40 min waiting and gave up. You need to start using digital means of communication! Can't see how people can afford hours on the phone.
