There is enough food to feed everyone. So why are millions of #children still hungry? Conflict, crisis & inequality keep food out of reach. Through our #ENOUGH campaign, we are working so children have food to grow, learn & reach their potential. More on:wvi.org/ENOUGH

What does it take to prepare a child for tomorrow? It starts with learning today. At the Innovating Education in Africa 2026 Policy Dialogue, @_AfricanUnion, we shared how we are supporting #children through early learning, education in emergencies & digital learning. #IEA2026

A comb. A pair of scissors. A hairdryer. In Tigist's hands, they are more than tools. They represent confidence, independence & a future she is building. Through Girls Shine, supported by @AusHPship, she gained the skills to open her own salon & earn an income. #GirlsShine

We all have a Bible verse that has stayed with us through different seasons of life. What's your favourite scripture, and why does it mean so much to you? #SundayScripture

What if the only thing standing between a child & their dream of becoming a doctor was hunger? "There were days I wondered if there would be food at home after school," says 14-year-old Gatwech. School meals supported by @WFP are helping him stay focused on his dream. #ENOUGH

🚨 BREAKING: The Humbo Goats Union has filed a complaint at the #FMNR Symposium in Addis Ababa. Their concern? They feel left out. Land is being restored, springs are returning, farmers are earning income & children are in school. The goats want a word👉 bit.ly/4oTHwl0

A small, coloured band can tell a life-changing story. In Ethiopia’s Somali Region, a young child was brought to a local health post after falling sick. A simple arm measurement placed her in the red zone, a clear sign of severe acute malnutrition. With support from a community health worker, she was enrolled in treatment and began receiving therapeutic food. Within weeks, her strength returned, her appetite improved and her recovery began. Chronic malnutrition continues to affect children in ways that are not always visible at first. It weakens their bodies, affects their growth and limits their ability to learn and thrive. But recovery is possible. Through community-based approaches, early screening and access to nutrition support, families are able to respond sooner, and children are given a second chance to grow strong and healthy. Because addressing malnutrition is not only about food. It is about reaching children early, supporting caregivers and strengthening the systems that surround them. At the #FMNR Annual National Forum, partners came together to discuss restoring land, strengthening livelihoods & building a better future for #children. The question is not whether restoration works. It's how we scale proven solutions so every child in #Ethiopia can benefit.
