So you have a parent or 2 parents who are here illegally, but they have children who are born here, and that's very common. And those are U.S citizen children. They're entitled to welfare all sorts of benefits. Food, school, lunch programs, food stamps, even housing assistance can go to those U.S citizen children. And so of course that that floats the whole family.”
