After my Nicaragua post got traction, Blizzard's World Cup product lead reached out to clarify a few things. First, he told me that Nicaragua's application was submitted late and incomplete. This, along with the sheer volume of submissions, is why they didn't receive a response.

This is so horrible. Blizzard has really done such a poor job running World Cup this year. Delaying committee applications a month before conference cup, no marketing or promotion for the event, changing conference times due to poor scheduling, and more, but this is a new low.

🇳🇮 Now that the teams have been officially announced by Blizzard, we can talk about the unfortunate case of Team Nicaragua. As far as I know, Nicaragua was the only country that submitted a committee application for #OWWC26 and was denied. No one in Central America knows why.

Abaranger: Very boring. Lots of flat acting, and very bland writing. Main Villains are incredibly nothing burger or annoying. The phone croc is chill tho. Really feel like Mikoto sacrificing himself should have been the end. It really is the biggest punch the series has Grade: C
