According to information from the game files (PTB 9.5.0), the 'Blood Moon' Event will return in 2026 along with Fuel-Related mechanics.

I just played a game of Wraith in the new 2v8 and genuinely just got my pants wedgied over my head and stuffed in the back of a locker. After playing a little bit of the new 2v8, it feels like you literally NEED to play double S tiers to win while playing killer. Brutal.
