When WWE production botched Cody Rhodes' RAW after WrestleMania 38 entrance PYRO. 💥 That little smirk on Cody's face when the pyro blast was delayed, followed by that COLD stare into the camera, gave me pure CHILLS! 🥶 That was just too PERFECT. 🔥😮‍💨

@toddmorgan1321 @TheDrainmaker I get it. Part of me believes if MJF wins it back at DoN then there'll be enough time for MJF to heat back up before ALL IN and Darby's reign will be just a hiccup but it's becoming quite memorable imo

@TheDrainmaker Non compete is too long to get him in the G1 I believe so maybe a G1 final return. He might have to combat some washed allegations but I think he can do it. Hopefully the climax of the United Empire storyline doesn't happen by then

If they want to do a Speedball Mike Bailey turn, then I'd have loved the idea of Speedball asking for a World Title shot from Darby, isn't getting the shot due to Darby being "not cleared" after an attack of MJF or a precautionary decision of the medical team, which would also sell all the high intensity matches Darby had Max wins the belt, Speedball now doesn't get this shot and is slowly snapping leading to a confrontation between him & Kevin Knight for the AEW TNT Title at All In The idea only of course works if Max is winning the belt and if they want to turn Speedball heel, which I at least assume is the plan based on what they are planting

@toddmorgan1321 @TheDrainmaker Maybe it's because the belt spent the last year in a briefcase or on a burberry strap I've really enjoyed this reign of Darby's and seeing the belt defended each week because they're still telling the story with him and MJF. It's a best of both worlds.

@WrestleFanMind @TheDrainmaker Absolutely that’s the purpose of a mid card title is to be a workhorse title again. I think the matches have been great but no chance Kevin Knight beats Darby for the world title now if it was a TNT title I could see that being a possibility and that goes for the other guys also

@TheDrainmaker Not an awesome run it’s awesome matches. No build, no rivalry, no suspense every match he has had we have known the winner. But it did nothing for him or the championship I think most have enjoyed his run but are ready for it to be over so we can have build for future defenses

@David108225717 @WrestlePurists @WONF4W I don't want to say Darby should have more matches like this but I feel like taking these big moves and crazy selling is a better use of Darby's daredevil resiliency than extreme spots
