(+3 finishing being capped at 92) do that on a lower rated card so you for example have 75 shooting but 92 finishing and once you get an evo with +10 base shooting you’ll have 99 finishing. I think Nepenthez has a good video on YT

Call it soft but I still think that it’s a foul on Elanga, I actually watched the game thinking that the ref favoured you (soft fouls) but I guess it’s with tinted glasses.
