@TiltAtGiants @nonregemesse I just... the idea of just skipping prose because they prioritise character and plot is just... there's so much character in prose. I just... feel more stupid from having read that.

@nonregemesse I write books. Character and plot is not just dialogue. A lot happens that has nothing to do with speaking in books, and often the descriptions are not merely dressing, but convey theme, atmosphere, stakes etc etc. What is wrong with people?
