Festival of Writing & Ideas at Borris

Thousands gathered yesterday at the Hill of Uisneach to say goodbye to our great friend Manchán - he was at every festival and everyone he encountered came away with the gift of having met him. RIP Manchán irishtimes.com/video/video/20…

1/2 As of yesterday, we are without one of our greatest souls. Manchan came to Borris the first year in 2012 and most years since, sharing profundity and levity, outpourings of wisdom, story, curiosity, concern and laughter.
