as a kid my dad told me the saying "if all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail" but i never thought about the opposite. what if you are absolutely surrounded by nails. does every object at hand begin to look like a hammer?

@HDPbilly I was never able to get good enough results with the shapes I was trying to render using msdfgen. ended up building geometry for the loop-blinn curve approach. Worked very well.

@donrmccurdy Neat! We're going something similar but with MSDFGen compiled to WASM so that we can tweak parameters and atlases at runtime.

I'm pretty proud of what we achieved with N++, but on the whole my proudest game-development achievement might be that -- for a few years anyway -- N was the "kids play and share this with each other in the computer lab when they're supposed to be doing schoolwork" game. <3
