A repeat thief keeps showing up at this Arkansas farm stand at night to steal sodas chips and candy even after the owners gave him multiple chances to pay what he owed and his uncles covered some of it. In this Ring footage he pulls up in his red car grabs more items and drives off without paying again. How many more chances does a guy like this get before enough is enough?

While Andrew was deployed overseas last month, he trusted someone to watch his beloved husky, Maverick. Instead, he says that same man stole his car with Maverick inside. Now, Maverick has been found dead. Andrew believes his dog may have suffered inside that vehicle for weeks. The pain in his voice during his interview is devastating, but he says he chose to speak out for a reason.
