@MasterChefUK …how about giving your contestants a challenge to make #glutenfree food one episode? 1:100 people have no choice but to be GF. 1/64th of a teaspoon of gluten is enough to damage the gut…it’s definitely not a lifestyle choice!! Please!!!!

@NiallHarbison This is EXACTLY what happens when I’ve been glutened…I have coeliac disease and when I accidentally eat gluten….this follows….. and then it eases. None of my original symptoms of coeliac involved my stomach….Hope this helps someone.
I’ve just had 8 days of the worst depression and anxiety imaginable. Horrendous.
