An ugly scene at the end of the game. Texas Tech starts talking to the fans and making hand gestures and the teams do not shake hands. Keagan Rothrock’s dad, Greg Rothrock, was seen getting berated by a Red Raider fan at the end of the game as well.

Florida is not innocent by any means but anyone who followed the flow of the game would know they did not intentionally hit her 5 times.
Putting extra girls on base when score is tied or losing doesn’t help.
Walton was a big part of issue, yes. But so were both teams and both fan bases

Ok. I’ll say it. That was an embarrassment by both teams in Gainesville today.
You’re supposed to act like good winners and good losers and both teams failed.
Yes, it’s competitive. Yes, a spot in World Series is on the line. Yes, emotions run high and yes, a former player beat her former team.
You don’t drop f bombs.
You don’t taunt the school you went to from the stands because your daughter transferred
You don’t fail to shake hands
You don’t get ejected down 9 runs as a manager
You don’t taunt the crowd after you win.
Win with grace, lose with grace.
I’m embarrassed as an alum. One of my relatives went to Tech. He’s embarrassed as well.
Some were college kids. Some were grown adults.
Be better. Both teams failed today.

The junior had 8 RBIs and 3 homers across 3 games and was a pivotal part of the Gators’ relentless comebacks all weekend, whether they were completed or not.
