@Morrisons Is your email broken? emailed on the 12th of May and it said "We will either give you a ring or reply to your message within the next 2-3 days". I stated calling was not appropriate and I now have a 2nd reference number and no actual reply.reply is not in spam

@IcelandFoods Revolut allowed me to revert the payment after stating I have contacted you. I gave up,after many unanswered DMs since the 22nd & am getting groceries elsewhere.Telling people to DM then ignoring them for 1.5 weeks is so unhelpful.

@X24078956 @IcelandFoods They have done for the last few months I've used them and take back used ones for recycling. The really silly thing about Iceland's new policy is if you did your shopping in store and wanted it delivered they'd still use carrier bags but won't for online deliveries now. 🤦

@mcsquidge @IcelandFoods @mcsquidge Having same issue,what kind of Morrisons delivery arrives bagged?(had issues with ASDA guy refusing on 2 occasions to bag items despite notes about disability at checkout...)contacted HQ they fixed it until new management & new deliveryguy threatened to take food back

@IcelandFoods Given the news on today's shopping delivery that you're stopping using carrier bags unfortunately that leaves me with only one option left that still offer the service being Morrisons. Really disappointed, Iceland, seeing as I give the bags back on the next delivery.
