@runebee I heard a woman say that whenever you hear that someone is diagnosed with a terrible illness or even passes away your immediate thought is “omg at 45 (or whatever age)??? That’s still so young D:” and it completely changed the way I perceive age and getting old

This website is the worst with talking about age. 30 is not old. 40 is not old. It's a gift to be alive at any age. Some people don't even make it past 30. Some don't even make it past 10. Turning 30/40/50 is an accomplishment.
