It’s crazy I consistently get medical bills to my house for a physical I took for the @TheAAF and @TheAAF never took care of it since December of last year but now it falls on me and other players smh

The reports from yesterday/today make it even clearer how much of a clown Tom Dundon was. Made it seem like some sort of NFLPA deal was extremely close, when it doesn’t sound like it was even on the table in the first place.

Vincent Kennedy McMahon refused to partner with the AAF, and then once they went under he paid $375,000 for all of their equipment. What an absolute savage.

This is a pretty big get for the XFL’s Houston team. Football-lifer who was the head coach of both the Falcons and Chargers (interim) back in the day.

Huge news. More than half being on a broadcast network like ABC or FOX is insane

The bright side of all this is that the XFL will have an extremely low bar to clear. Any basic semblance of professionalism will make them seem quite legitimate in comparison to the mess that is the AAF.

Buckle up everybody

That last line by Florio is right on, though. The AAF can say it has no money; whether creditors want to take that for an answer depends on whether they feel they were misled about the viability of the operation.
