I want to point out that it was Erika’s lawyer that pressured the judge to let them play the video at the end of the trial. After prosecution and defense had already rested.
Then all the TPUSA influencers come out and run their scripts to try to narrative capture the end of the hearing…

🚨BREAKING: As we reported on our show yesterday, approximately 1 Hour following the WHCD shooting, the White House Military Office sent an e-mail directing the amplification of Erika Kirk’s “I want to go home” video clip.
Unfortunately, the e-mail was sent to the wrong internal groups. They then attempted to have I.T revoke the e-mail. When that failed they ordered every person to destroy the e-mail.
I have manually retyped the relevant portion of the e-mail that they wanted destroyed.
(As explained on my show yesterday, this is because the DOD’s IT department has imprinted the e-mail with canary tactics to identify individual leaks)
So the question now is— why did the military so quickly prioritize making Erika Kirk the face of WHCD shooting?
Is that normal emergency protocol or was this unnaturally preplanned?

I need to remind everyone that Kathy Nestor had Agent David Hull TESTIFY UNDER OATH that Exhibit 12.4 – the surveillance footage on UVU campus – does not allow one to specifically identify Tyler Robinson as the individual taking the shot Nestor: "The video on the roof was not distinguishable, fair?" Hull: "That video?" Nestor: "Yes." Hull: "As they stand alone, no." Hope this clears some things up regarding what is being said this evening about new clear footage.

And this “we saw crystal clear 4K footage of his face” story? Stop it. The video was blurry, distant, and half the time his head was down or turned away. There was no clear shot of his face.

It showed clear images of Tyler Robinson’s Dodge Challenger, license plate, hubcaps, clothing, movements around campus in multiple visits as he stalked Charlie, climbing onto the rooftop, lumbering across the rooftop, laying in a prone sniper position on the Losi rooftop at 12:22 PM. Taking a shot at 12:23 PM. And fleeing the crime scene. It was so compelling the entire room gasped as the Kirk’s wept bitterly in the front row and Tyler Robinson looked at the ground. Multiple corporate media reporters in the room described the same video and scene. Did you camp out all night in your sleeping bag just to miss this critical moment? Or perhaps there’s another reason you’re not being honest…

I was in the courtroom today. There is no high-quality, zoomed-in footage showing anyone taking a shot. The video shown is the same distance as the footage of “Tyler” jumping off the roof shown in this screen shot. I have no idea why people are claiming otherwise. They know the video isn’t going to be released publicly, so they’re misrepresenting what was actually shown in court.
