Your bin might now be emptied on a different day of the week, so we’re encouraging everyone to take a moment to check their updated collection information. 🌿 All households with garden waste bins will continue to receive one collection every fortnight (March to November). If you use additional garden waste bins, there is a £40 yearly charge per extra bin, and the option to pay for 2026 collections is already available. We can collect up to three garden waste bins per property. You can make payments for extra bins through our website or by contacting our customer contact team. Delay repay declined by @AvantiWestCoast as my claim ‘didn’t match’ my journey time. I had changed my journey on their system. I can’t be arsed going back to them to explain it as I shouldn’t have to. So as a ‘Gold’ customer I’m calling them out instead. Awful, if not unexpected.

In the 1970's about 40% of the money you spent went straight back to Government to fund services and cut taxes.
Now due to Privatisation it's about 5%
