Every time there is an article or news piece about climate activists, it should include quotes from scientists confirming that the activists are right, and that their demands are sensible and necessary Please, non-activist scientists - get in touch with journalists and offer!

🧵Today, thousands of people from different organisations returned to Westminster for #TheBigOne to support the #LondonMarathon, handing out leaflets to spectators and cheering on the runners. We are #RunningOutOfTime to act, but we are making ourselves impossible to ignore.
@XRHounslow @Dis_PPL_Protest @ExtinctionR I feel it is not unpatriotic to point out mistakes and to frankly want your country to do better, it would be blind to believe we are the best, let us look at countries that do things better and borrow their ideas! That would be a global Britain
National figures who stand up for basic goodness and human values are truly national treasures. With Attenborough too, it appears the Government is running, via our national broadcaster, a live test of what we will put up with. Now that’s definitely a shade of fascist.
First it was Gary Lineker and now David Attenborough so who will they silence next?
