This game is the reason why I’m not bothered about how long it takes to make GTA 6. You guys don’t know how insane this game is. The level of detail that was carefully crafted into it? Roger Clark, the voice actor for Arthur Morgan said that at some point, his friends started doubting if he actually had work because of how long it had taken and still wasn’t complete. It took about 8 years. I’ve played it 5 times and each time, there’s always a mission or story that I didn’t play the previous time. There’s always a side mission that you don’t play the previous time Did you know that, in the winter, your horse’s testicles shrink and they also drop in the summer. A very small but immersive detail. Every motion of the characters and animals in the game were captured one by one for weeks on end. This is hands down the most detailed and most impressive game I’ve ever played and the only thing that can top it is GTA 6

Play was halted at The Valspar Championship temporarily as a young girl was hit by a golf cart and was pinned underneath it. Brooks Koepka was nearby and immediately rushed over to help. Medical staff checked her over and say she has no injuries. Smylie Kaufmann who was the on course reporter says on NBC: “Brooks Koepka went underneath the ropes to talk to the girl and comfort her.” “She’s going to be OK after medical evaluation. Very scary moment ... I am sure Brooks Koepka’s head is still spinning a little bit.” 📸 @GolfChannel

@WylieZander @TourSwingsTommy 270 is 89% of an average tour player. If you think you hit it 270, you likely CAN hit it 270. However, you usually don’t because it goes wide left, wide right, not struck well, and your average distance is likely closer to 230. People just use their potential as their distance

If you’re playing with someone who tells you they hit their driver 210 yards, you’re about to have a great round. Means the guy has zero ego and knows his game. It’s mind-blowing how many guys out there supposedly drive the ball 270 yards. Where are they?

19 years ago, a high school basketball coach put his team manager into a game for the final four minutes. The kid had never played a single minute of competitive basketball in his life. He scored 20 points. Jason McElwain was diagnosed with severe autism at age two. He didn’t speak until he was five. He couldn’t chew solid food until he was six. He wore a nappy for most of his early childhood. As a baby, he was rigid, wouldn’t make eye contact, and hid in corners away from other children. He tried out for his school basketball team every year and got cut every time. Too small. Too slight. Barely 5’6 and about 54 kilograms. But he loved the game so much that his mum called the school and asked if there was any way he could be involved. The coach created a team manager role for him. For three years, McElwain showed up to every practice and every game. He wore a shirt and tie on match days. He ran drills, handed out water, kept stats, and cheered every basket like he’d scored it himself. On 15 February 2006, the last home game of his final school year, the coach let him suit up in a proper jersey and sit on the bench. With four minutes left and a comfortable lead, the coach sent him in. His first shot missed. His second missed. Then something shifted. He hit a three-pointer. Then another. Then another. His teammates stopped shooting entirely and just kept passing him the ball. He hit six three-pointers and a two-pointer. 20 points in four minutes. The highest scorer in the game. When the final buzzer went, the entire crowd rushed the court and lifted him onto their shoulders. His mum tapped the coach on the shoulder, in tears. “This is the nicest gift you could have ever given my son.” McElwain won the ESPY Award for Best Moment in Sports that year, beating out some of the biggest names in professional sport. He’s 36 now. He works at a local supermarket, coaches basketball, has run 17 marathons including five Boston Marathons, and travels the country speaking about never giving up. When asked about that night, his coach still gets emotional. “For him to come in and seize the moment like he did was certainly more than I ever expected. I was an emotional wreck.”

Being in shape is not about genetics. It’s not about expensive gyms. Most of it is simply discipline. About 80% of results come from a few basic habits: • train consistently • eat real food • sleep enough • stay active daily No complicated secrets. Just small actions repeated every day. Build the body. It changes everything.

"Vegan leather" is plastic. "Vegan wool" is plastic. "Vegan fur" is plastic. Every wash cycle releases microplastics into the water. Every year it degrades slightly and releases more. At end of life it will sit in landfill for four hundred years or end up in the ocean. The sheep, meanwhile, grows a new coat every year, requires it removed, and produces a fibre that has been biodegradable since the Neolithic. But yes. The sheep is the environmental problem. The sheep, standing in the Lake District in the rain, growing renewable fibre from grass. The sheep.
