Small shift in Hyperscale approach 🫡 Last week I kept hitting walls, not because Hyperscale couldn’t keep up, but because the machines sending transactions were underpowered. So instead of adding more nodes, I’m switching to a few big senders: 4 machines with 48 cores each. I remember Dan doing something similar. Let’s see how far this gets us.

heartbroken to hear this. my thoughts go out to Dan’s wife and two children. Dan was such a legend. A pioneer and mega brain the world will miss. He had the undisputed resolve of a builder visionary - full throttle for 8+ years with conviction. Radix was one of the main reasons I fell in love with decentralization and crypto back in the day - it aimed big - and if it works as Dan expected it will - it could contribute meaningfully to the mission of defi. hard to imagine he won’t be there to see it. random story ~5 years ago, for my birthday, my wife emailed Dan and asked him if he would ‘wish me a happy birthday’ on video for a few hundred bucks lol - she’s the best. never happened, but I finally nailed down dinner plans with Dan in Singapore later this year. I’ll miss that.
