Man Utd rumoured to Hijack the Marcos Leonardo deal and outbid Roma! Age 20, 7 goals + 1 assist in last 6 games. 16 goals & 4 assists in 32 starts at Santos (carried them this season). Reminds me a bit of Augero from the very little I’ve seen on him. Looks technically solid & good on the ball. He uses his physicality well and can play with his back to goal. Moves and has the instincts of a natural goal scorer. €20M euros could be a bargain when you consider Roque/Endrick quoted at €70M. He also has 26 G/A in 37 games for Brazil U-20. While an experienced ST might be needed more due to Hojlund being young there is no doubt in my mind that this could be a bargain signing for #mufc

@PhilHook71 Well in Kalvin’s case, you could argue that he was told that he would get plenty of minutes for City… but he’s been injured and he has underperformed when he’s played so that’s mostly his fault

On a serious note, whoever advices Romeo Lavia should be sacked immediately. I honestly can’t believe he rejected the opportunity to work for Klopp in a team where he’d walk right into the midfield. Not to mention the quality around him. Instead he chose money & the bench. Shocking decision tbh.
