Plăți transfrontaliere, transferuri între companii, infrastructură de settlement. Exact lucrurile pe care sistemul bancar clasic le face lent și scump. Și de ce Solana? 65.000 de tranzacții pe secundă, la fracțiuni de cent. Compară cu un transfer bancar internațional care durează 3 până la 5 zile și costă zeci de dolari în comisioane. Nu e un detaliu tehnic irelevant. E tocmai motivul pentru care Mastercard s-a uitat spre blockchain-uri de tipul ăsta. Ce mi s-a părut cel mai interesant e că nu vorbim de proiecte pe hârtie. Banca centrală din Kazahstan a lansat deja un stablecoin construit pe Solana, iar Mastercard lucrează să îl activeze pentru plăți cu card. O bancă centrală reală, într-o țară reală. Asta nu mai e narativă, e implementare. Acum, să fiu corectă cu voi, SOL e cu 31% în minus față de începutul anului și un parteneriat nu face automat prețul să sară. Piața e sub presiune macro și asta nu se schimbă peste noapte. Ceea ce se schimbă e altceva. Când o instituție de talia Mastercard alege o rețea publică pentru infrastructura lor de plăți, nu o face pe baza hype-ului. O face după luni de due diligence tehnic și legal. Și asta, în ochii mei, e exact diferența dintre proiectele care supraviețuiesc ciclurile și cele care dispar în liniște.
