I came to the realization that if someone is upset with me but doesn’t approach me with their grievances or communicate them to me then it’s truly none of my business and not my problem! Part of being an adult is communication and if people can’t do that then its out of my hands!

In case it needs to be said, I love it when those smaller, "harder to watch" actual plays run my games. I don't get to watch all of them, but it delights me to no end to know my games are getting played, and I'm really grateful for it.
