EcHR Judgement!! not to worry our time isn’t quite here yet. It was always strange to me for the applicants to go after the French. The French responded to the EIO which the NCA Emma Sweeting requested,after being told by Jeremy Decou( French Investigator) you may have problems with your laws. He knew the UK couldn’t use it as evidence and so did Ms Sweeting as she stated “we will use for intelligence purposes only “ so the French did nothing wrong up to a point. If anyone has seen the ruling did anyone notice the president of the 7 judges was from France anyway!! So surely that’s a conflict of interest. It’s like the Ukraine taking Putin to the International Courts for war crimes and the President sitting amongst the judges being Russian!! There are other United Kingdom applicants whom are awaiting hearing in Strasbourg against the UK (Nca) I will try and find out when this is if anyone knows please share . One of the applicants has gone guilty so unsure they are still pursuing the case. It’s a kick in the teeth but we are no further forward and most importantly not further backward. The fundamental points have not been heard the judgement was basically telling us what we already know. Our highly paid Barristers are inept and also worthless.They are a part of the biggest conspiracy in modern times. If you know anyone who has been accused ask them if their solicitors are still in the same offices or are they in new swanky glass fronted buildings. Coming soon! I’m going to name and shame a few of the dirty, greedy barristers ,solicitors and advocates who have pillaged many of their clients of life savings knowing they have not had the clients best interests at heart.Taking on multiple legal aid cases and doing hardly if any work on cases. Some of the accused only had face to face conferences with legal team 2/3 times.. due to prioritising big paying clients. So here are 2 question I would like you all to consider, 10000 Encro handles in the UK, How many Paedophiles or people smugglers been arrested or are we saying there wasn’t any? 2nd question, The barristers went on strike over pay and the government melted and awarded pay rises. Barristers go to the bar they,sign up to an oath to exercise justice prosecuting or defending. Every practising certificate issued to a barrister shall authorise the barrister to undertake the administration of oaths. So why didn’t they all refused or go on strike to represent clients on Encrochat cases due to the clear and obvious under handed and illegal procedures taken by UK law enforcement ? Because they were printing money! So they are just as complicit in the conspiracy, being paid vast amounts of money. Two of the leading UK Barristers SC and MR have made in excess of 5m between them since 2020 taking lead counsel in the IPT How many legal arguments have they won? NONE! Cases? NONE. Making promises they can’t keep. When their clients get sentenced what do they do? Move on to the next desperate defendant saying the last defendant was bang to rights but we gave a fantastic mitigation speech and got them a good deal . The harsh reality is they would have got years less with the maximum 33% discount for early plea. Then go on to say “we can win the next case! “ It’s a disgrace and anyone awaiting trial I would advise you to save your money go to Dubai and wait it out till the wheels fall off on the biggest miscarriages of justice ever committed across Europe. #justice #staystrong #ncacorruption

@Xavierblack247 @Garymit77745116 I’ve said this, without media attention or some powerful body with the interest of justice and fairness it’s going to be a hard battle. Majority of people don’t understand #encrochat and whoever does don’t really care. Until public attention is focus on the lies, it’s difficult.
