@Kery_lee @IHG @ihgrewardsclub @IHGService I haven’t had a points experience, but stayed at @CrownPMilwaukee this weekend and was the worst hotel I’ve been at in a long time. I asked a manager to call me three times since I’ve been home to talk about it and have heard crickets. #customerservice @IHGService @IHGCorporate

service here. Booked a rewards night
and then had to cancel due to RED
weather warning and they returned the
points and charged our card! Why
charge is when we paid with points.
