Leg curls go first in the session. Not last, not as a finisher, not squeezed in if there is time. The knee is held together by an argument between two muscles. The quads pull the shin forwards, the hamstrings pull it back, and when those two are anywhere near matched the joint tracks properly and the load goes where it should. Saw many posts wondering why these woke liberandus are not liking the term ‘humari betiyaan’ used by our PM. ‘Humari betiyaan’ is a cultural thing, an age old practice in place, used to show affection, respect, and a connection. As for example, Bengalis refer to all unrelated men as bhai, dada, kaka…. and women as didi, mashima, kakima, etc. Now when these woke liberandus are objecting to ‘humari betiyaan,’ it’s not surprising at all. One needs to understand that these are all Communists, behind the mask of liberalism. For Communists, the first and foremost duty is to manipulate and break down the existing family structure. Once hyper- individualism replaces the family structure, a society can be easily destroyed. For this, they especially target the women in families, brainwashing them with utopian ideals of ultra feminism-liberalism. Communists hate happy families, because Communism is nothing short of a mental disorder. ‘Humari betiyaan’ reeks of family ties; so they are now up in arms against our PM.

To reduce the entire male side of this ancient division of labour to “what do men deal with?” as if the answer were “nothing of consequence” is not compassion. It is a deliberate refusal to look at the hierarchical and sacrificial structure of reality itself. The proper response is not grievance. It is gratitude for the complementary burdens that have kept the species alive, and the individual responsibility to carry one’s own share of them without self-pity.
