6hrs waiting for someone to fit a cannula in your mums arm in Queens Hospital, Romford. Another 1hr n half before someone puts the IV drip in it. 4 days of asking to speak to a doctor and none that can/available. I just want to know if my mum will be ok. That’s all I want.

@JustEatUK my order placed today at 11.30am. The order was sat in “preparing” for 2hrs. I tried to cancel but found no means to do so (terrible system!). I emailed to state I wanted it cancelled and a driver turned up at 2pm, marked as delivered the cycled off with it again?

@ofgem How long would you say is acceptable to wait for an energy company to rectify a fault with a smart meter install which means I’ve not had a single bill since November? I’ve been told I’m in a queue of people in a similar position, but how long should I wait? And then what?

@edfenergy Dont bother getting a smart meter with EDF. Had one installed in Nov and not had a bill since. Emails, Phone Calls, Pictures of meter sent (at their request), WhatsApp messages, X Private messages. All with the promise of “we’ll get back to you”. And nothing. @MartinSLewis
