As you know, @csmoneytrade was hacked a year ago, during which many skins were lost, including a huge number of user skins. I was among them. Then they promised to refund the skins as soon as they solve all the problems. I have a lot of skins stuck there, including items with rare floats, patterns, and stickers.

Sheesh, this is what you've been up against. Just look at #4. Love or hate the process, eliminating clusters like this is extremely good for real users and is reclaiming a significant portion to be distributed to users vs large scale farming operations.

What did you then refund when he claims that he did get refunded for his Gold Arab?? There surely is a mistake. I could be careless, but putting myself in this user's shoes this is totally unacceptable. With all due respect, you really gotta step up and close this scam issue, and rightfully help all users! Considering the GMV you guys are processing every day, this issue should have been closed by now. You can keep sponsoring various stuff but not pay back your users. Really poor way of operating a business imo :-/

Time to make some news (good one) about refunds from @csmoneytrade First of all, I must apologize to our customers for not being able to keep to the initial plan of payments and postponing the reimbursements...

@Xiss0x I understand that it’s ez money for them, but on the other hand it says a lot of their credibility. No serious, confident trader would scam people like that. Now it’s just a story, but back then it meant a lot to me and I spent a few nights looking onto the ceiling.

I’ve got a story to tell. A couple years ago I listed a doppler on skinbaron far below its value (my mistake). I immediately noticed and wanted to fix, but the knife was insta sniped by cs.money bot. 🖕 These guys are nothing, but a bunch of scammer scumbags.
