I was going through the KDMC DP and just realised that the land next to the new park being built on the ring road is actually designated as a planned playground. idk who put up that boundary wall, but I won't be surprised if this land gets encroached on 🥰.

This post has reminded me of a 'garden' being developed in Kalyan rn on a prime 2.5-acre plot and how scammy indian municipalities are. Instead of throwing in some trees on the periphery, couple sports amenities, lawn and walking track you gotta see the shit they're pulling to inflate the costs. Fuck-you sized fountain, amphitheatre, multipurpose court, excessive lighting, commercial structures. Almost no open greens and a whole lot of vertical pollution.

We had 2 languages ( English, Marathi) till 4th std
3 languages being E,M and Hindi from 5th to 7th std
From 8th-10th we had option for Sanskrit, Hindi, German, etc apart from English and Marathi

@_Avykt @hypocritiqe The only reason mumbai has tall buildings is because it's a small land covered by ocean & huge demand for a small land area. But these tall buildings don't make it developed. In fact high FSI causes load on infrastructure. You can see how many people die every day in local trains
