Today I tried Hinjewadi’s iconic “Martand Misal”, and it is absolutely worth the hype! Hands down the best Misal I’ve had in Pune so far. The place gets really crowded, but the owner personally manages the seating and assigns tables based on your group size. You might have to wait a bit for a table to clear, but once you sit, the service is super fast. The quality of the Misal is completely worth the money, especially served with those butter-roasted pavs. Plus, they offer unlimited sample/rassa! (Quick tip: ask for the rassa without the tarri if you don't want it too spicy). Overall, a solid 9/10 experience. As a Kolhapurkar, I’m used to having the mataki/sprouts served separately, but here it comes mixed in the rassa, and they use farsan as the base instead of shev chivda. Even with these differences, it tastes amazing. पैसे फिटले! 💯

Dad bought this AC in 2010 O'General imported from the Middle East. 16 years and not a single problem to date... It's installed in my hometown in AP where temperatures are really high 🥵 In the last 8 years, after I started earning - I purchased 3 ACs for our home in Pune. 2 have severe problems ... VOLTAS gone in 2nd year, no service, pathetic experience, lost 14K for gas, PCB charges and Finally left it to trash. Then Daikin in 2024 - which working fine to date, Last year bought our 2nd Daikin AC - which is giving problems already, last week PCB gone and replaced, today again gone. Is it low quality of products over time ? Is it better quality when imported ? Is it location ? Is it manufactrer ? I am not sure, and once AC stops working service is damn expensive. P.S. we have bluestar (8-9 years old at hometown which is working fine and Lloyd 1 year old which is fine)
