An Irishman tries to access his own land to cut turf, but the State's Bord na Móna brings in a small foreign mercenary army to threaten and block him. This is a foretaste of what the EU- compliant Irish state has in store for you. 🇮🇪 Garrymore Bog, County Laois.

A message before I leave Every line you see on this $TOTAL chart is my Remora accumulation framework coded in. No subjectivity, no hand-drawings. As you can see, it's track record for catching bottoms rivals the consistency of the 4-year cycle itself (till date). The intension while building it was to have a system that tries to spot macro accumulation zones allowing me to build positions in value areas. Why? Because prior to that, like most, I missed bottoms and FOMO'ed in higher and then, a year later, looked back in hindsight and said 'I wish I bought there'. If it feels uncomfortable here, just look back on this chart at previous accumulation areas. The beams were ALWAYS contrarian signals at the time, deep into a risk-off environment and accompanied by terrible general sentiment, events and widespread speculation on much lower targets. Investors and value buyers are also different from swing / momentum / confirmation traders and it requires a different mindset, approach and ways to mitigate risks (all covered in my Katana Macro Investing Framework). They do not look for the perfect entry and speculate on a precise bottom price target (50k, 40k etc.) They do not speculate on timing either and have a much bigger time horizon in mind and are prepared to wait. So from an investor's perspective, I've triggered accumulation calls and asked to look for opportunities. If this is not you, that's fine. I've even given my group that option for themselves without judgement. Always consider your own psychology and play it the way it suits you best. But this more than likely means you are built for swing trading, which is a different ball game that requires an edge, consistency and risk-management because you will more than likely be buying much higher at elevated risk levels. If you mix the two, you will most likely end up being a 'HODLER', but of massive red bags. Take care everyone.

If I were to run an Airbnb it'd definitely be in Puglia. Just off the phone with the owner of this 65m² apartment in the historic centre of Ostuni. He's selling for €275k ($323k) and it nets him around €30k a year. 2025 gross was €36k from Airbnb and Booking alone, plus a decent chunk more from private bookings through Instagram and WhatsApp. Total revenue lands around €50k. After utilities, cleaner, laundry, pool maintenance and the rest, net sits around €30k. The apartment is spread across multiple levels in Ostuni's oldest quarter, with lovely views as you can see in the second pic. Vaulted stone ceilings, a fireplace, and a rooftop terrace. Plus an instagramable spa pool carved into the basement which drives them a lot of bookings. Tell me where else in the world this kind of return is possible right now?

Whoever is cooking up these LEGO videos has the Trump regime completely figured out. While the U.S. fumbles digital propaganda, Iran is dropping AI brick bangers that are actually landing. They’re winning the meme war brick by brick. 🧱 #LEGOPropaganda

🔥 One Of The Greatest, Most Brutally Honest Scenes In TV History. In Landman, Billy Bob Thornton’s character Tommy Norris drops a masterclass monologue that completely obliterates the delusional “green energy” fantasy in under two minutes. Billy Bob Thornton as Tommy Norris is out in the Texas oil patch, looking at those massive 400-foot wind turbines supposedly “powering a clean future”… while they’re actually running remote oil wells because there’s no grid electricity out there. She asks, “They use clean energy to power the oil wells?” Tommy fires back: “They use alternative energy. There’s nothing clean about this.” He breaks down the “clean” reality: These things sit on giant concrete foundations poured with diesel, made from steel cooked in fossil fuel furnaces, hauled and cranked up by fuel-guzzling trucks and cranes, then slathered in petroleum lubricants just to spin for their measly 20-year life. Tommy doesn’t stop there. Fossil fuels aren’t some dirty secret, they’re the lifeblood of everything modern. The roads you drive, the tires on your EV, the plastic in your phone, your clothes, your fridge, your medicine, your makeup and lipstick… you name it. Pretending we can wave a magic wand and “transition” away from oil overnight? That’s the real delusion sold by folks who’ve never gotten their hands dirty in the real world. Taylor Sheridan and Billy Bob delivered one of the most honest, unapologetic scenes on TV in years. No preaching, just straight facts from the patch. Watch the clip. None of this is “green” or “clean”. Not the turbines, not the transition, not the fantasy.

A fake wallet app sat on the Apple App Store for two weeks. $9.5M stolen. 50+ victims. One trick: "Enter your recovery phrase." 🚨 Days later — counterfeit hardware wallets found shipping across online marketplaces. Modified chips. Seeds in plain text. Wallets drained on setup. The scam playbook is evolving fast. 🧵👇

A 22 year old in Spain scammed Amazon out of $370,000 by returning boxes full of dirt Amazon refunds returns based on one thing which is the weight of the box when it comes back If the weight matches the original item, the refund goes through automatically and nobody opens the box James Gilbert Kwarteng figured this out in 2018 The way it worked was almost stupidly easy He would order an expensive item on Amazon, a phone, a laptop, a piece of electronics, anything over a few hundred dollars When it arrived he would weigh it to the gram, fill the original box with the exact same weight in dirt and ship it back as a return Amazon's warehouse would log the box at the correct weight, process the return and refund him in full He would then sell the real item online and pocket both the refund and the resale price He did it so many times that he eventually registered a limited company for the operation and called it "Kwartech." A portmanteau of his surname and the word technology, run out of his apartment in Palma de Mallorca The scheme ran for over a year and pulled in roughly €300,000, about $370,000 at the time Returned boxes full of dirt were piling up in Amazon warehouses across Europe because nobody was opening them He only got caught because Amazon changed their return policy and started spot checking packages An employee in Barcelona opened one of his boxes at random, found it full of soil and flagged it to the Technological Crimes Unit of the Balearic Islands Police traced the returns back to Kwartech and arrested him in August 2019 The case was called the biggest Amazon scam ever recorded in Europe at the time He showed up to court, posted €3,000 bail and walked out the same day Others took the same playbook and got more sophisticated with it A guy in North Carolina named Hudson Hamrick pulled $290,000 out of Amazon over four years by ordering expensive electronics, guitars and tools and returning cheaper broken versions of the same items in the original boxes An international ring called REKK openly advertised their services on Reddit and Discord, charging a fee to get fake refunds approved on anything you ordered They pulled in millions by bribing Amazon employees to push the refunds through manually before anyone could inspect the package Amazon spent $1.2 billion in 2022 alone trying to fight return fraud and hired 15,000 people to work on it full time The craziest part is that the original scam still works today Weigh the item, match the weight, ship back something worthless, collect the refund Amazon processes millions of returns a week and the machine checking the box at the warehouse only knows one thing about what's inside it
