@TheCryptoDaddi How do you know that you can trust the COAs from US vendors?

The reason peptides direct from China are so cheap is bc you have to trust them that they’re giving legitimate COAs. USA vendors are pricier for two reasons. First most reputable vendors are doing multiple tests for Purity, Endotoxins & Sterility. They can also be expensive because some US peptide vendors synthesize them here in the states. There are COUNTLESS falsified COA from direct Chinese vendors & a good bit of scammy activity occurring. An account I’ve been following has done a really great job of uncovering this. Shout out to @Krysia830073 for her unbias work in this department. Highly suggest giving her a follow. I will continue “paying more” for my peptides to get thoroughly tested peptides. Call me crazy, but if I’m going to be injecting research chemicals, I am going to at least know that the purity is high and the toxins are limited.

The mass prescribing of GLP-1 medications is like watching a slow train crash. There is absolutely no way this is going to end well. You cannot solve a lifestyle problem with a hormone-like injection!

Sleep on Retatrutide… People having been asking what my sleep is like on Retatrutide. I have never had sleep issues in my life and sleep is very similar to being off Retatrutide with the one difference being a resting heart rate. This resting heart rate would have been more like 44 in the beginning of March Protocol and source and below 👇

@DocAbirHealth The problem is getting real GH. It’s hard to find. My doc won’t prescribe it for me. :/

People really like to push tesa as some sort of magic over actual GH. They will even explain that tesa tells your body to release its own GH in order to not produce supraphysiological levels, and say this is somehow “better”. If you want maximal fat mobilisation, there is no question that GH is superior. More in this case does indeed mean better if that’s your goal. Being limited by what your own body can produce means the maximal effect you’re going to get by default is also limited. Which in this case means limited fat loss if that’s wasn’t obvious. Another important note is that as you age and the unhealthier you are, the poorer your GH stores are going to be and therefore the less effective the tesa is going to be. GH doesn’t have this problem. Also saying that tesa won’t cause a much insulin resistance is a by product of its weakened effects compared to GH. An important note here is that the GH released by tesa will be extremely sensitive to any insulin released. A notable problem if you’re already insulin resistant which you likely are if you’re taking tesa to lose fat. GH is not affected by this as much. Yes you need to be aware of the side effects but most people are only doing 2-4iu so you’ll likely not experience any. Tesa is also WAY more expensive than GH. Just because tesa is approved for abdominal fat reduction in HIV patients doesn’t mean it’s the only or best compound for fat loss. Centralised medicine is terrified of growth hormone and only prescribes it when absolutely necessary and even then it’s difficult. And finally, it’s never tesa vs GH. You can just take both.

One of the more popular questions I received yesterday was why take Tesamorelin over just taking HGH. Let me break it down for you: - Tesamorelin stimulates your body’s own natural, pulsatile GH release instead of flooding the system with constant exogenous hormone. This more physiologic approach delivers strong visceral fat reduction (its FDA-approved strength) with typically less water retention, edema, and joint swelling than synthetic HGH. It also carries a lower risk of pushing IGF-1 into supraphysiologic territory or disrupting insulin sensitivity as much. - It’s generally cheaper, maintains your body’s natural feedback loops (reducing shutdown risk), and has solid clinical data for targeted belly fat loss without the heavier side-effect profile of straight somatropin. - While direct HGH can feel more “powerful” for overall anabolism and muscle building in some cases, for body recomp focused on stubborn midsection fat while staying lean and tolerable long-term, Tesamorelin is the smarter, cleaner choice for most.

@DigitalFringed1 I’m on a 150mg a week and my hematocrit stays 54-55 no matter how much water I drink. But I live at 5000 elevation. But I wouldn’t be worried anyways

Have a friend on TRT (small dose) and has a hematocrit of 55 I’ve only ever had one elevated reading & hydrating more fixed it He is drinking a lot of water though What’s the best way to manage this? More frequent pinning, better hydration, blood donation, or something else? I’ve also heard the argument that it's no big deal since those living at high altitude often run even higher.

@BigT_Broncos The Hume is crap! Mine is always 6-7% off from an actual dexa scan. The only thing it’s good for is showing trends

I had my first Dexa scan today. I purchased a Hume scale last year and they make some pretty strong claims about their accuracy so I was curious to see the difference. The scale had my body fat this morning around 11.7%, which I knew was pretty far off. I guessed I was around 20%. Dexa came out at 18.1%. The scale is a cool tool, tracking a lot of different metrics, but as far as accuracy goes, it’s no surprise it pales in comparison to Dexa.
