We were paying 1.2M for a 2 bedroom flat at my previous apartment in kubwa, Abuja. When the price of cement went up in 2023, our landlord increase our house rent fee to 1.9M. We were so shocked, who increase a house fee of a building he built in 2021 because of increase in cement in 2023 ?
