Unemployment dungeon queue goes hard Context: First pull of Nexus Point Xenas. That's it. No one died, tank kept aggro. LOL

TLDR: Reshii cloak is bugged at registers at 59ilvl, craft a cloak to get the achi to pop

In case it's of use to anyone else; my Warrior bugged out and got Gilded of the Ethereal but not Carved/Runed at 160ilvl. I popped in a support request and got this ridiculous answer, which is giga dumb but maybe useful if you are having the same issue
