@LarryJones Eew! No! I don’t even use the microwave to defrost frozen/partially frozen meat. Microwaves don’t provide flavor and retain moisture the way grilling, baking, and stovetops do. Gas stove/oven & charcoal grilling are the only ways to go with me.

So I am at my friend's house, and they are grilling chicken, or so I thought. The issue is that they first cooked it in the microwave and then put it on the grill for a few minutes to add BBQ sauce. Do you cook your chicken in the microwave before grilling it?
