This session was extra special 🫶🏻 We flew in 2 participants from our recently concluded @SuiFoundation Builders Program - Palawan so they could share their experience. Palawan is known for its beautiful beaches and unesco sites (take a peek) 🏝️ It’s not a region that’s looked at for tech talent and opportunities. Despite infra challenges (and 2 typhoons!), Nicholo and JK pursued to complete the program and their group topped the hackathon - their first time ever at that! 🔥 Work doesnt end here - in Q1 26 we’ll continue the program and open up opportunities for them and more Sui builders. Our first Metaversity Interactive workshop at @YGGPlaySummit was such an insightful experience! It was great seeing industry, government and academia, and students working together to align on the skills and capabilities required of the future Web3 workforce 🚀

🤔 How do you validate (and rate) what skills are important and sought after for the future of work? Well, we have just the answer: Bring together all stakeholders involved in opportunity building and ask them! — students, government, academe, industry partners and founders. We made a list of soft skills & technical skills and had each group rank according to importance.
