@pearson I had already contacted the support teams multiple times, via emails and phone call, and keep receiving automated responses rejecting my appeals due to policy. My voucher is valid yet my status reads "no show". It was a genuine unintentional mistake on my end.
@pearson@CompTIA Can someone help review my case? I attempted to reschedule my exam, genuinely believed it had gone through, and later discovered it hadn't. I've been contacting support and understand the policy, but I'm hoping for a final managerial review or goodwill exception
@pearson@CompTIA I've been going back and forth in emails for the past 2 weeks. I had attached screenshots from past tabs and the initial confirmation page showing the date and time I selected, and the timestamp for my rescheduling attempt over two weeks prior.
