@Maga4liberty Easy. You just have to be willing to send SWAT teams to kill 90 million Americans

@jnottah Ok.. slowed it down.. after the shot you can see finger on trigger, so it was certainly on the whole time

During a traffic stop, a man is frisked and a female officer notices a concealed firearm strapped to the mans waist, on attempting to remove the firearm, she causes the weapon to discharge striking the man in the thigh, the female officer seems in shock and doesn't say anything to the man, however the Sergeant who's with her apologies several times. Do you think it's a lack of her training and experience that caused this incident ? I am surprised she didn't utter an apology, she did look extremely confused.
English

@jnottah 1- I can't see fingers on the trigger
2-Kudos to the officer who told her to put the gun down
3-She wasn't "indifferent" -- she just doesn't know how to handle an emergency.
4- She will soon be promoted

Boomer Republicans: “just work your way through college like I did”
Cost: $400,000k in four years. Sir, if you can pull that off at 18, you don’t need the degree.

@TonySeruga look into the deaths of department presidents/professors/students at colleges that end up dying strangely-yet were working on ventures such as atomic matter- then look at who is leading the market in such ventures or releasing a “breakthrough”.hidden spies r n usa jobs & colleges

When seven of nine scientists connected to a single defense laboratory disappear or die within a year—across distinct fields that converge on next-gen propulsion and energy physics—the statistical odds of chance are infinitesimal.
What we’re witnessing is likely a suppression cascade triggered by policy shifts on UAP disclosure and the exposure risk posed by classified physics breakthroughs.
This is not about extraterrestrials—it’s about control of technologies that could upend the energy, aerospace, and intelligence equilibrium of the modern world.
These are not random tragedies. They are data points on the frontier where science touches power—and power erases footprints.

@MAKroscopic @seanmdav Disagree. Their job is to interpret the Constitution and law as they are. If that is detrimental, it is up the Congress to fix it
English

The fundamental bedrock purpose of the SCOTUS is to interpret the meaning of the laws of the United States in a light that is most beneficial to the Nation. If application of a law is fundamentally harming the Nation it is de facto unlawful & should be struck down. Birthright citizenship will destroy this country if it hasn't already thus birthright citizenship should be de facto unlawful.
The things that matter to the welfare of the Nation change. Consequentialist jurisprudence is the appropriate remedy to address such changes. This shouldn't be hard.

English

As many are beginning to understand after listening to oral arguments today, the Supreme Court does not exclusively weigh the law, the facts, the text, and the history to come to its conclusions. Sometimes it does that. But in the most political and contentious cases, that is most definitely not what happens.
We do not actually have a supreme court, we have a lifelong legislature of lawyers who prefer the robe to the campaign trial.
One-third of the court makes decisions based entirely on what is best for the Democrat party and never wavers from that mission. Only two of the nine justices seem to have any consistent interest in determining a given law’s text and original meaning.
Of the remaining four, the chief justice thinks he’s a thermometer whose job is take to the temperature of the country and then make decisions based on whether they’ll make people like him. The former professor seems to think she’s still writing academic papers. The former Western judge is occasionally reliable when he’s not claiming boys can become girls or fan-girling over Indian treaties. The final justice seems to be saddled with the horrifying task of corralling the two rudderless and emotional basket cases into something resembling coherence.
And if that weren’t horrifying enough, let me comfort you with the observation that this collection of Democrat party operatives, weepy thermometers, wannabe legislators, and only sometimes actual lawyers is actually the least dysfunctional of the three federal branches of government.
Happy Wednesday!

@HustleBitch_ It's a freakin' BOAT!!!
If she had joined the Army she could sleep outside.

🚨 NAVY SLEEP CONDITIONS JUST WENT VIRAL — SAILOR SAYS “I CAN’T EVEN BREATHE IN IT”
A Navy sailor records the moment it hits her.
This is where she’s supposed to sleep.
• Barely enough room to turn
• Inches from the wall
• Fully enclosed, stacked compartments
• No real airflow, no space
Then she says: “I can’t even breathe in it… I feel claustrophobic.”
Some are defending it:
“It’s the military, that’s how it is”
Others aren’t buying it:
“This looks inhumane”
“No way people actually live like this”
Thousands of sailors… sleeping like this every night.
Does this build toughness or break people down?

@AesPolitics1 You forgot that he caused the 9.2% in the first place.
Unemployment "fell" because people who were forced to stop working (by Dem govs and mayors) were finally allowed to go back to work

@RachelMorag99 @TheFungi669 IDK why so many are giving such rude, non-helpful answers
English

@YZ_Kracker @TheFungi669 Thought both parents had to be citizens? Neither Ivana nor Melania were citizens when their children weee born?
English

@RachelMorag99 @TheFungi669 Remember that only Obama's mother was a US citizen, and he was considered to be a natural-born citizen and, therefore, eligible to be President
English

@hight53 @prinkasusa In addition, women are more likely to take time away from their careers, to raise children, etc.
English

@YZ_Kracker @prinkasusa The distribution of wealth and reason women earn less as a whole has been debunked for decades. The reason the earn less is because they take lower paying jobs as a profession. Ie teachers rather than prof, or nurse rather than doc.
English

Women
- are 51% of the population
- but 60% of the poor
- and 83% of single parents
- doing 66% of the work
- producing 50% of the food
- but earn just 11% of the pay
- and own only 20% of the land.
- All while giving birth to 100% of the population.
In case you wondered why we still need feminism.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents, working with state police, pulled over a vehicle, in Ogden, Utah… and smashed their car window because he wouldn’t roll it down all the way.
Watch the shift… because this is where it goes from aggressive to completely out of control.
The driver already has the window partially open. The ICE agent is yelling, giving a countdown, threatening to break the window… while another officer is trying to open the door from the other side.
No explanation, or clear threat… Just escalation.
Then, someone inside says, “I’m a U.S. citizen… you pointed a gun at me.”
And that’s the moment everything changes.
Instead of pulling back… instead of correcting… instead of even acknowledging it…
The ICE agent snaps.
“I don’t give a shit who you are, I don’t know you.”
And then he immediately escalates further… raises the metal bar… and starts hitting the window… doubling down on force.
A person says you pointed a gun at them… and your response is not to de-escalate…
It’s to get MORE aggressive.
That’s retaliation.
They call them “non-compliant”… and within seconds, the window is smashed and the driver is dragged out.
And it doesn’t stop there.
The passenger… who is recording… gets told to “stay there” while the officer puts his hand on his gun.
He responds, “I’m recording for my safety.”
The officer shuts the door on him anyway.
When he opens it again and steps out… and then the officer physically shoves him back into the car.
This is what needs to be understood…
The escalation didn’t come from a threat.
It came the second someone spoke up…
the second someone said, “you pointed a gun at me”…
The second someone started documenting it.
That’s when it got worse.
That’s when it turned physical.
That’s when the window broke.
And that’s what should alarm people… because that’s not about safety anymore.
That’s about being challenged… and responding with more force.
